Essential Wellbeing Therapeutic Retreats is located in Dee Why on Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches, only a half hour from the city. With four practitioner rooms and a carpeted workshop/ meditation / yoga studio we can cater for all your natural therapy needs. This really is a wonderful place to retreat, relax and heal.

Free Information Nights for

Stress Busting and Allergy testing

Emma Sternberg, our resident Holistic Kinesiologist will be holding free information nights every fortnight, starting on the 16^th of July from 6pm at our Clinic. (16a/818 Pittwater Rd, Dee Why , Enter via Delmar pde.)

Every information night will run for 1/2hr-45minutes and will alternate between teaching skills to cope with stress and how to test for allergies (especially beneficial for children).

Holistic Kineseology
$95 per session (1 - 1 1/2 hours)

Holistic Kinesiology aims to release physical and emotional stress using a broad range of complementary medicine.
By combining western techniques with eastern wisdom, a Kinesiologist will assist the client in finding the underlying cause to a physical or emotional stress, and prepares the body and mind to begin the healing process.

Common Conditions & Suggestions to try:

For Depression, anxiety & stress try: Essence Counselling, NLP, counselling, aromatherapy, Healing , ITM, Metagetic Bio- spiritual Kinesiology.

For Body Pain try: Remedial massage, Essence counselling (for long term or "niggly conditions") , ITM for general discomfort (not injuries), Metagetic Bio- spiritual Kinesiology.

For Feeling "a bit out of sorts" try : Healing, any massage, essence counselling, Metagetic Bio- spiritual Kinesiology..

For assistance in reaching your goals try: NLP, lifecoaching, counselling, essence counselling, Metagetic Bio- spiritual Kinesiology..

For Detoxifying try: Lymphatic Drainage , hot stone massage (nb: hot stone is not suitable if your immune system is weak)
